A medical research laboratory and teaching building, with steel frame and glass construction, in a mild temperate climate and urban context, with sophisticated central HVAC systems and glazing providing a high level of overall energy efficiency.
Interior Construction Conventional concrete composite metal decking floors and typical interior partitions of gypsum board on light metal framing. Not LEED rated.
