A graduate of Belarusian Polytechnic University, Protasevich took First Place in the Young Architects Competition of Belarus in 1988, and Second Place in the Young Architects Competition of the USSR in 1989. Upon graduation he moved to the United States. From 1990 to 1993 he worked as a project designer for a large architectural firm in Salt Lake City, Utah and in 1993 he started Arc Artel Architecture. Mr. Protasevich moved his practice to Los Angeles, California in 2007, where he continues to practice architecture.
Over the years Mr.Protasevich designed, managed, and supervised the construction of the numerous commercial and residential projects, and successfully participated in various National and International design competitions.
