DMJM Design Sustainability Expertise:
The DMJMH+N Arlington Office currently has 15 LEED Accredited Professionals who have passed the rigourous test on sustainable design and knowledge of the LEED Certification process. The Arlington office experience is in both LEED-NC (new construction) and LEED-CS (core and shell).
The Arlington office has also designed USGBC registered projects including: Project Manager for Lafayette Building modernization, a GSA Design Excellence project slated for LEED-NC silver; the Air National Guard Headquarters addition slated for LEED-NC silver; and the Fortune 100 Norwalk Executive Offices, slated for certification under LEED-CI. The office is also the interior designer/LEED strategist for the U.S. Green Building Council Renovation, a silver certified LEED-CI pilot project.
