I lost tens of thousands of dollars due to Charles Gerke's advice. He assured me that I would be able to build what he had designed on a property I paid him to evaluate for feasibility. When he applied for a permit he was told that he could not build what he had designed on that site. He showed his concern by billing me thousands of dollars for hours he allegedly worked but for which there was no tangible output.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this guy.
